What is SINIC::QMA?
SINIC::QMA is a software module from the SINIC::CAQ System family which can use to prepare and analyse your quality data from SINIC::CAQ.
How does SINIC::QMA work?
SINIC::QMA creates individually configurable priority lists where data can be analyzed and consolidated. This module creates extensive reports and provides you with multiple functions for supplier assessments. It allows ppm score evaluations for suppliers and parts. In addition, detailed root cause analysis and defect focuses can be created using this module. Most complex quality data will be generated in terms of reports, analyses and documentation and sent out to the appropriate persons in the company. Your selection preferances can be saved and used or edited later.
How can you use SINIC::QMA?
SINIC::QMA provides you with objective information for decision-making, which helps you to evaluate your company’s quality extensively and automatically. It supports you by creating part-related evaluations as well as supplier ratings. It provides you with current statuses and transparent features, which help to conveniently present relevant data transparently and understandingly. The optimum processing of your quality data creates a basis for an increase in productivity and cost reduction in your company.
