SINIC::QIC Quality Information Center
What is SINIC::QIC?
As a part of the SINIC::CAQ System SINIC::QIC is the Quality Information Center for quality processes. This module combines part-related data and provides a current and product-based event overview.
How does SINIC::QIC work?
SINIC::QIC bundles all available product-related quality data into a single overview table. All relevant part data is being presented to you directly and does not have to be collected from each single module of the SINIC::CAQ System. Tree-structured detail data regarding each part and its components gives you an exact listing of events, main data and part-related actions. The graphical history of events, which is visualized by the traffic light color functionality, can be scaled into individual time horizons.
How can you use SINIC::QIC?
With SINIC::QIC you will constantly have a product-related event overview. Here you will be able to take direct action and to correspond on the corrective and containment actions. You will be constantly informed about the quality level just in time, and at the same time you will have direct access to the part-related inspection plans, inspection orders, inspections, actions, and complaints in the executive SINIC::CAQ modules. Due to the standard conforming, comfortable batch tracing function you will be able to assess parts through their complete development. This system allows you to detect and to correct the defect root causes easily. You will be able to avoid image damaging and cost intensive callbacks right from the start.
SINIC::QIC covers the following functions:
- Overview and research to part-relevant data
- Representation of the current quality level of parts
- Event history by means of optical traffic light functions
- Individual time scale for the overviews
- Tree structured detailed data to parts (incl. master data, complaints, actions)
- Direct call of the processing data records in the executive SINIC::CAQ modules
- Convenient serial and batch number tracing
SINIC::QIC is a close integrated part of the SINIC::CAQ System and works on the basis of data form other modules of the system. Therefore it is not available as a stand alone version.
