SINIC::QAM Quality Action Management
What is SINIC::QAM?
As a part of the SINIC::CAQ System SINIC::QAM is the software module for Quality Action Management. It provides a platform for the central administration, control and monitoring of all types of actions in your system.
How does SINIC::QAM work?
SINIC::QAM automatizes monitoring and provides all important information about company wide planned quality actions at a glance. This module controls and tracks all of the due dates of the system and notifies the appropriate persons by missed deadlines automatically. With the integrated escalation functions you can control action deadlines and due dates. Timeouts are sent immediately per e-mail to the responsible persons.
How can you use SINIC::QAM?
With SINIC::QAM you will be able to administrate all of the planned quality actions centrally and clearly. All important information are available at a glance. Consequently, this module including the functions for action management fulfills an important criteria of the QS 9000 standard almost automatically. You have the possibility to open and edit any action of the SINIC::CAQ System directly. Graphical analyses support you in the detailed evaluation of your actions. The integrated escalation function as an additional safety factor makes sure that you do not overlook any important action. You can react fast and efficiently to changes and unexpected situations.
SINIC::QAM covers the following functions:
- Central actions administration and control of all kinds of actions
- Overview for all open actions, incl. status, department, responsible official
- Visual differentiation by state of deadlines and kind of action
- Direct access to and instant notification about all actions by calling per mouse click (direct mapping / link to program)
- Automated monitoring, incl. escalation at missed deadline
- Automated notification of substitutes / supervisors per e-mail, even with a not logged in system
SINIC::QAM is a close integrated part of the SINIC::CAQ System and works on data base of other modules of the system. Therefore it is not available as a stand alone version.
