What is SINIC::GMS?
SINIC::GMS is a software module of the SINIC::CAQ System family. It provides all of the necessary functions for an effective gage management. These functions allow a standard-conform administration, review, and documentation of your gages. In fact, this module is one of our most popular software programs, which has been distributed to over 800 companies world wide.
How does SINIC::GMS work?
SINIC::GMS includes inspection plans with attributive and variable characteristics that help to define inspection plans for either individual gages or gage groups. Gage implementations can be simply arranged with the help of extensive inspection templates, which are completed with text references and examples. Optionally you can accomplish a quick inspection using direct entries from the keyboard. Gages are managed in form of gage cards, where further details such as gage costs, location and efficiency factor can be added for documentary purposes. Further assessment functionalities, complete gage life cycle and history, as well as data exchange including external calibration services are available in this module.
