SINIC::CPM Control Plan Manager
What is SINIC::CPM?
SINIC::CPM is a software module of the SINIC::CAQ System family. It is a tool which helps you to create control plans. It basically presents all open inspection plans for each part as an overview in terms of a control plan.
How does SINIC::CPM work?
SINIC::CPM creates each control plan as an individual file. Flexible design options of the Control Plan Manager allow user-defined modifications regarding labeling. Based on a user-friendly MDI-interface and the fact that you can open multiple control plans simultaneously, you can simply assort data from different sources into one document. SINIC::CPM is able to inherit parts, suppliers, and customers as the available data from SINIC::CAQ System.
This module has been developed according to the guidelines of the manual for Advanced Product Quality Planning, which has been created by Chrysler, Ford and General Motors. Together with our modules SINIC::FMEA and SINIC::APM SINIC::CPM forms our APQP-Suite.
How can you use SINIC::CPM?
SINIC::CPM allows you to create, save and edit your control plans individually. Also, during the creation and documentation of your control plans you will be able to access and apply the international standards of the Automotive Industry. A control plan overview keeps you up to date with upcoming quality inspections and helps you to record and control them adequately.
