What is SINIC::SPC?
The SINIC::SPC Statistical Process Control software module as a part of the SINIC::CAQ System is a powerful tool for efficient, defects-eliminating production monitoring and process control.
How does SINIC::SPC work?
SINIC::SPC helps you to rationally control your production processes. With deposited inspection plans with fixed sampling periods, the module will alert you whenever it is time for an inspection. The inspection of Cp- and Cpk values happens during an inspection directly after the saving of the measurement value of a characteristic. The connection tothe statistics tool qs-STAT® with its intersectorally approved statistical methods, evaluations and graphics offers you decided possibilities in the evaluation of you quality data.
How can you use SINIC::SPC?
With SINIC::SPC you control and monitor your production processes and enhance the product quality. You recognize and avoid errors in advance. Through regular collection and evaluation of measurement data with the help of process control charts you recognize influences on the production process before errors can occur!

Optionally the analysis options of SINIC::SPC can be expanded using the well-known statistic tool qs-STAT® by the Q-DAS GmbH.
