SINIC::CAQ Graphical Inspection Planning
Importing CAD data with infra CONVERT
SINIC::CAQ Graphical Inspection Planning gives you the opportunity to take over automatically inspection relevant data from your CAD-drawings into the inspection planning and the PPAP Report of your SINIC::CAQ System. Testing relevant information from CAD-drawings like reference values, tolerances, positions and numberings can be stamped and transferred into the SINIC::CAQ Inspection Planning via CAD-interface.
No more time-consuming manual composing of inspection plans from a CAD-drawing. The creation of an inspection plan is optimized and transcription errors are practically eliminated. For a better orientation there can be drawings provided for the inspection plan as well as for single characters. Alternatively replacing the automatic ‘stamping’ of inspection features, you can also choose to stamp several features of the drawing according to individual requirements and import them into the inspection plan. There, the characters can be treated individually. Stamped drawings can be viewed at any time using infra CONVERT, and they can also be updated (stamped again), for example, in case the dimensions of a CAD-drawing have changed.
The Graphical Inspection Planning can be integrated into the standard inspection planning of the SINIC::CAQ System (Incoming and Outgoing Goods Control, SPC Statistical Process Control) as well as into the specific SINIC::PPAP Production Part Approval Process. This requires the application of our CAD-interface, the infra CONVERT-tool and the use of correct CAD-drawings in the supported formats DXF, DWG and optionally IGES.
