What is GAGE-IT!?
As a stand alone solution the program is especially interesting for those departments which are - in the range of calibration - specialized into the calculation of default tolerances for thread plug gages. They do not need to seek in table collections for characteristics.
How does GAGE-IT! work?
Based on the norm conformable entry of the thread designation, the appropriate norm is selected and available gage types are offered for selection. After selecting a gage type the corresponding characteristics are determined. Data like minor thread, screw thread and external diameters and their tolerances are easily to be identified this way. If the norm conformable thread designation is unknown, the dimensions and tolerances for the concerning thread gage can be calculated by taking the thread basic data (like nominal and pitch) and the assigned norm.

The module GAGE-IT! for thread calculation enables the independent, norm conformable rating determination of thread gages for many current thread norms. We provide you with a lot of standards that you can use. But of course it is also possible to apply additional standards.
